Below is the excerpt from this week’s iBullance newsletter (August 5, 2015), which just happens to coincide with today’s launch of Wake Up to Your Dreams. Thanks iBu Movement!
Women who follow their dreams are those we follow. And not just their day dreams . . .but also the deep dreams that surface under the cover of night.
ibu ally, Justina Lasley, is the founder of the Institute of Dream Studies. She leads groups and individuals into a deeper understanding of their own dream life, and writes passionately about the active role that dreams can play in shaping our lives.
This week, as Justina’s latest book Wake Up! is being released, she visited our showroom to dream a little ibu. She looks great in her bold ibu choices, doesn’t she?
We want to give a shout-out to all women who are daring enough to investigate the wilds of their interior lives, and to change their course to follow the truths held there. Here’s to Justina for her visionary work with dreams! Check out her book on Amazon here, and you may find yourself waking up to a dream.
On the islands of Indonesia, “ibu” is a woman of respect. It is also a collection of luxurious garments and goods for the home handmade by women artisans around the world. As they spin, dye, weave their stories in cloth, ibu artisans craft more than beauty; they craft their own independence, educate their children, lead communities. They change futures.
