Phenomenal!  Your book is not only an easy read for those of us who are not as knowledgeable about the subject, but at the same time extremely informative.  I am found that I can so relate to your point of “finding your voice”.  Additionally, the book permits the reader to embrace the wisdom of our dreams.  I never looked more forward to going to sleep and WAKING UP!!!!

Fascinating look into what our minds are trying to tell us. I love her candidness, and they way she explains how we can empower ourselves. A great read, and very insightful!

We are faced with them every day. Sometimes, we make the wrong choice. Initially, we may want to choose option “A” for reasons unknown, call it a “gut” feeling. We choose option “B” instead, for some logical, rational reason, only to later find that option “A” would have suited us better. I’ve always wondered why my “gut” had the right answer, and have tried hard to honor that instinct. But without understanding the science behind this instinct, I found myself again and again defaulting to Option “B” simply because I could rationalize that choice, whereas a “gut” feeling isn’t very rational or scientific.

What Lasley’s book teaches us concretely is why our “gut” or unconscious mind is leading us toward the decisions it does. Simply having a basic understanding of this process has allowed me to let go of the limitations my Ego places on my decision making. I might not always understand specifically why my “gut” leans toward Option “A”, but understanding the science behind it lets me trust my instinct. Do I always go with my “gut” now? NO, and I don’t believe I should. But many times since reading this book, I have saved myself grief, money, and embarrassment by allowing myself to follow the wisdom of my unconscious mind.

This book has so much more to offer, but the fastest, simplest take-away for me was Lasleys comprehensive yet concise explanation of how our dreams interconnect the our conscious Ego with the wisdom of our unconscious mind.

Justina Lasley’s Wake Up to Your Dreams: Transform Your Relationships, Career, and Health While You Sleep is an inspiring book. It is a book with a universal message made accessible to all, a practical guide that speaks to the reader in clear language that flows naturally and effortlessly from its author. At the same time it is an entertaining reading, infused with humor where appropriate. It is a sincere book. The author generously shares her own dreams and demonstrates how they have guided her toward her authentic self. It is clear to the reader that she is a living embodiment of her message. The whole person is involved. And we, the readers, are summoned to join hands with her in making the world a better place for all by honoring our dreams as the invaluable teachers that they are.

I am a novice when it comes to dreams and how we can use them to help us transform our lives or as Justina says to “Make your daytime dreams come true”. This is a fascinating subject and “Wake Up!” is an easy read and has definitely woken me up to the possibilities.

What a great book! I have had the privilege of attending workshops lead by Justina in the past and have been waiting for this book. It is everything I hoped for in helping me to learn more about the ways to remember and explore my dreams

After reading this book cover to cover this past weekend, I was able to remember and document many dreams and I am already using exercises recommended in the book to help me understand more of what is happening in my waking life. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who has an interest in learning more about his or her dreams. It is easy to read and gives great examples of how others have found wisdom in their dreams.
